Services

We can define a custom engagement to fill you needs. Most commonly this is some combination of, Acquisition Process Development, M&A Theme (or Area of Interest) development, Develop a shortlist of potential targets and Deal Execution.

Pricing

Standard rates for a full time engagement can be agreed, normally on the basis of a monthly stipend and a % of the deals completed. This amount can be pro-rated on a part time or project basis.
